Tsuruhashi Fugetsu has a name that feels older than the room in which it stands. The word 'Fugetsu' exists in many places, scattered and reinterpreted over time. This branch belongs to a later iteration, a brand created by a company from something that was once smaller and closer to the street. Inside, the system is clear. The staff take over the grill, moving with a practised rhythm. The cabbage is finely chopped, the batter is light, and the heat is controlled so that the surface browns evenly while the inside stays soft. The process is steady and almost rehearsed, and the result is consistently good. The okonomiyaki itself leans towards balance. There is a noticeable lightness from the cabbage, a structure that avoids heaviness, and a flavour that is easy to enjoy. It is an Osaka-style dish that has been refined for consistency, not surprise. This is where strength and limitation meet. It delivers reliability and a sense of security that ensures anyone who sits down to eat it will leave satisfied. At the same time, the edges are smoothed out. The individuality of a small shop — the slight irregularity that sometimes becomes a memory — is mostly absent. The experience becomes more about observation than discovery. You watch how the grill is handled, how the timing is maintained and how each plate follows the same path. The craft is visible, but framed within repetition. This is okonomiyaki that has moved from its origins on the street to an organised form. It is good, stable and carefully controlled. It's something you can trust, even if it rarely surprises.

個人的に、各テーブルに鉄板があるような本格的なお好み焼き・粉モン屋は一人で入店するには心理的にかなりハードルが高く感じていたが、入ってしまえば他の飲食店とそれほど変わらず利用できた。 それはつまり粉モン屋、自分で焼くのか(うまく焼けるのか)という不安があったから。でも、ちゃんと店員さんが焼いてくれるし、焼き上がりに時間がかかるので「そのままお待ち下さい」とか「これで出来上がりです」とか案内されるので、自分で調理する事なく食べられる。 美味かった! メガサイズのソフトドリンクがあるのがうれしいし、机上に水差しもある。

とんぺい焼きと牛すき醤油焼きそばを頼みました!とんぺい焼きは安定の美味しさですが、初めて頼んだ焼きそばもとても美味しかったです!ここの牛すじは柔らかくて味がしっかりついているので好きです。お店も清潔感があり、店員さんの雰囲気もとても良かったです!!

お好み焼き屋さんといえば風月! ハズレがない。 塩焼きそば美味しいʾʾ 今回頼んでいませんが餅チーズとんぺいも絶品! コーンチーズポテト?はいつも頼むお気に入りʾʾ いろいろとってシェアするのがいいです。

餃子の王将御影店が休みだったので… 御影クラッセ内のチェーン店では1番大好きなお好み焼き屋【鶴橋風月】にてランチ ■ぶた玉モダンセット¥1,460 ドリンク(ジンジャエール)&前菜2種類つき ■ぶた玉セット¥1,170 ドリンク(ウーロン茶)&前菜2種類つき 今日の焼き上げは良い感じで、キャベツの甘味が十分出ていて美味しかった サウナ前やから、ビールはガマンしたけどビールと一緒やったらさらに美味しかったやろうな

とある休日。昼から飲んべんダラダラてするべくこちらに。ソース味がこの日の気分でした。ここはお好み焼きを目の前で店員さんが焼いてくださいます。チーズ卵モダン焼きを肴にメガジョッキハイボール。間違いない組み合わせです。お昼時に一人で来店したので四人座れるテーブルを占領してしまい迷惑なお客さんになってしまいました。肝心のチータマモダン焼きはチーズがたっぷり、とろ〜としてお酒が進みます。モダンのそばはたまご麺でもちもちです。メガジョッキは一杯でいい気分に酔えます。幸せな休日のお昼でした。

もちチーズ豚平焼きと豚モダン頼みました〜モダンの麺が細めのうどんみたいな太めで想像と違ったけど美味しかったかな。豚平は焼いたやつをもってきてくれてすぐでできました。豚モダンはテーブルの鉄板で焼いてくれるスタイルです。

50年ほど前に鶴橋風月に行ってからのファンです。神戸に来てからも店舗を探して通ってます。やっぱりお好み焼きは鶴橋風月が一番です。 値段がちょっと上がりましたけど。それでも美味しいから片道1時間かけてでも定期的に行きます。
